"Honestly, they’ve held up way better than I expected"
I bought these Vans a few months back, and my first thought was, yep, these are solid. I wear them all the time, and they still look good. The soles haven’t worn down much either, which surprised me a bit. Overall, I’m happy with the quality.

Overall, the fit was good and the sizing seemed pretty much right to me. If I’m being picky, it felt maybe a half size snug, but not enough to be a big issue

"Customer service took a bit longer than expected"
I ordered from vans.com and ended up needing to reach out to support about my delivery. To be fair, they did get back to me and eventually fixed the issue, so it’s not even about that. It was more that it took a couple days and I had to follow up, which was a little frustrating. Not a terrible experience, just wish the response time had been quicker.

"Super easy to swap things out"
I ordered the wrong size on Vans and thought it was going to be one of those annoying things to deal with, but it really wasn’t. I started the exchange online, got the return label quickly, and the new pair showed up soon after that. No weird back and forth or anything like that. Just a simple, easy process, which I definitely appreciated.
